Planning permission has been lodged for 68 new houses in Ennis.
The development on the Tulla Road will consist of 41 terraced houses, 18 semi-detached houses, 1 detached house and an apartment block comprising eight 2-bed apartments.
Works to be carried out by Datcha Construction Ltd include a new connection to the public water main, access roads, footpaths and parking.
