Plans for a new settlement between the UK and the EU will be published today which could pave the way for an in-out referendum in Britain this summer.

The draft deal is being presented by EU Council president Donald Tusk later.
It's expected to include a way for national parliaments to stop unwanted EU laws being implemented.
