Planning permission is being sought for the development of 36 houses in Tulla.
Woodhaven Developments Limited submitted an application on May 4th to build a housing estate on a 1.5 hectare site on the Church Road.

The planning permission request includes plans for 10 two-bedroom properties and 26 three-bedroom houses, totalling over 3,800 square metres of floor space.
All bar three houses will be two-storey, with provision for 57 car-parking spaces.
A decision is due on the application on June 28th.
