Wiskin Property Developments Ltd are looking to build the development in Loughaun South, Tulla.

Plans have been lodged for 15 detached houses, 36 semi-detached and 9 terrace properties.
The proposed housing estate will comprise of 6 two-bedroom homes, forty three-beds and fourteen four-bedroom houses.
The developers have entered into a Part V agreement with the local authority, meaning 20% of the ‘betterment value’ from granting planning permission will go towards facilitating social and affordable housing.
