A planning application has ben lodged with Clare County Council for a new housing development on the outskirts of Ennis.
The proposed development at Ballymaley will consist of 24 new four-bedroom detached houses and associated works including boundary walls and landscaping.

A decision is due to be made on August 8th, this year.
