Over 2,500 people across the county took part in Pieta House’s Darkness Into Light event last Saturday.
Now in its 15th year, Darkness into Light walks took place in five locations in Clare to raise awareness of Pieta House’s mental health and suicide prevention services.

Almost €4m was raised nationally through the event with €60,000 raised in the banner county alone.
Tom McEvoy of Pieta House says that while support for the event is strong, fundraising for Pieta House must continue to facilitate the continuation of the organisation’s services.
