Pieta House is calling on Clare people to choose ‘hope over silence’ over the festive period.
The charity estimates it’s received 10,000 calls and texts to their helplines this month, with around 300 predicted to come on Christmas Day alone.

December’s activity’s expected to be a 15 percent rise on usual levels.
