October 11th saw a Celebrity Cook-Off take place in the Hotel Woodstock in Ennis.
The event, which was sponsored by Clare’s Local Enterprise Office and Bank of Ireland, saw Clare hurler Podge Collins go up against former “Ireland’s Fittest Family” competitor Tracey Guilfoyle in a cook-off overseen by Gary Hanlon, Chef for TV3’s “The Restaurant”.

The event was put together in order to showcase the best of Clare produce and was facilitated by Clare FM’s own Fiona McGarry.
