The Swiss pharma giant announced in 2015 that it was to pull out of Clare, two buyers later pulled out and the site was taken off the market – now, the IDA is engaging in talks with Roche, with a view to actively pursuing an investor.
Now, this modular office is to be built to accommodate workers as the site is decommissioned, with permission granted subject to six conditions.
