Overcrowding at the region's main hospital is worse than at any other hospital in the country once again today.
Figures from the INMO shows that 36 people are waiting at the Dooradoyle facility, 17 of those in the emergency department.

The number is also high in Galway this afternoon at 32, while there are currently 3 people waiting in Ennis.
The total for Ireland today is 419.
