Conservation works on a North Clare Church have been given a major boost following a funding announcement today.
St Fachtnan’s Cathedral in Kilfenora gets the bulk of the allocation with just over €110,000.

Inch Ringfort, meanwhile, will receive €1,680 under the community monuments fund.
The Department of Heritage says the investment will safeguard historic sites for the benefit of communities and the public.
