Passenger numbers are due to soar at Shannon Airport this June Bank Holiday weekend.
Over 67,000 passengers are expected to pass though the Clare base, representing an 11% increase on the same period in 2025.

The weekend is set to be the busiest of the year to date as the summer holiday travel period gets into full swing.
The figures point to continued strong demand and a solid start to the summer travel season at the airport, with over 2 million seats to and from Shannon Airport this summer.
