Over 53,000 Passengers Expected To Fly Through Shannon For May Bank Holiday

Shannon Airport is expecting an 18% increase in passenger numbers for this year’s May Bank Holiday.

Over 53,000 passengers are anticipated to transit through the Clare facility this weekend.

Routes to Madeira, Lanzarote, Naples, Palma and Porto are expected to be among the most popular for flyers of the coming days.

Shannon Airport Director Niall Kearns says customers can also expect a hassle-free experience.
