The ESB are working to restore electricity to over 4000 Clare properties this evening.
Power stations in Ennistymon and Miltown Malbay lost power earlier due to a fallen line.

A separate fault has also occured in Kilrush.
A spokesperson says they hope to have power restored to all affected areas within the next half an hour.
