Over 1,500 Clare students will receive the results of their state exams today.
The portal to view both Leaving Cert and Leaving Cert Applied results opens at 10am this morning.
1,412 students sat the Leaving Cert this summer, while a further 103 undertook the LCA examination.
Students are being reminded they will need their Candidate Self Service Portal password, PPS number and exam number in order to receive their results online.
This year marks the first of the State Examination Commission’s attempt to return grade levels to that of 2019, the last pre-pandemic Leaving Cert year.
Since 2020, and the measures brought in by then Education Minister Norma Foley, grades have gradually risen by 7%, with the SEC attempting to reduce that number to 5% this year.
Script viewing becomes available on Tuesday at 5pm and closes again at 8pm on Wednesday, while the first round of CAO offers are available to view online from 2pm Wednesday.
The option to appeal results becomes available between 10am on Sunday August 31st and 5pm on Monday September 1st, before the Round 1 acceptance deadline of September 2nd at 3pm.
The process of Round 2 offers then opens on Monday September 8th at 2pm.
