Over 120,000 passengers are set to hop on a plane at Shannon Airport this Easter.
For what promises to be its busiest holiday period so far this year, more than 123,000 holidaymakers will pass through the gates of the Clare base across the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.

The uptick comes as the facility has launched its summer schedule consisting of 36 services to 11 countries across the EU, UK and USA, with an additional 190,000 for summer 2025.
CEO of The Shannon Airport Group Mary Considine they are “looking forward to welcoming overseas visitors, as they bring a welcome boost in tourism across the region”.
