Over 1000 jobs will be created in Longford as a new holiday village has been granted planning permission.

An Bord Pleanála has decided to allow plans for a Center Parcs development to go ahead.
The Longford Forest Village will create around 750 jobs during construction.
Once open it will have capacity for up to 2,500 guests and employ up to 1,000 people in permanent jobs.
