The outgoing owner of one of North Clare’s most loved eateries is hopeful the business will retain its position as a key social hub into the future.
Nine years after opening the Cheese Press in Ennistymon, Sinéad Ní Ghairbhith has taken the decision to hand over the reins to local chef Liam Prenderville.

In addition to selling award winning toasted sandwiches and cheeses, the Cheese Press acted as a community outlet.
Sinéad’s confident this legacy will continue.
