A leading Clare visionary is being honoured at Shannon Airport today on what would have been his 100th birthday.
Sixmilebridge native Dr Brendan O’Regan was one of Ireland’s leading social and economic revolutionaries and was heavily involved in developing the airport, the Shannon Free Zone, Bunratty Castle and more.
A bronze bust will be unveiled in a ceremony at Shannon later today.
