Clare County Council is being called on to build on the first stage of the Ennis Mobility Plan by using it as an opportunity to vastly improve accessibility in the town.

The Better Ennis group has written an open letter to the local authority outlining ten recommendations on what infrastructural changes can be made so that Ennis is more accessible for people of all ages and abilities.

It’s hoped these changes would attract people from across Clare and beyond to spend time here and build a community where people can walk and cycle safely and comfortably.
