It’s claimed it’s not unusual for children in second class in Clare to have mobile phones.
Gardaí are hosting an Internet Safety and Cyber Bullying Awareness Talk at the Bellbridge House Hotel in Miltown Malbay this evening at 7pm.

The session will be led by Sergeant Dominic Regan and Detective Inspector David Finnerty from the Divisional Protective Services Unit and will inform parents, guardians and community members of the dangers of online content to children.
Sergeant Regan has told Clare FM’s Morning Focus that many parents don’t realise the level of harm children can experience through mobile phone usage.
