The community of Johnswell in Kilkenny’s said to be in shock following the death of an infant in a farm accident.
The one year old died yesterday afternoon – the tot’s passing brings to 15 the number of people killed on Irish farms this year.
The HSA has launched an investigation into the tragedy.
