A new survey by a Clare company has found that nearly 1 in 4 businesses want to make Covid-19 vaccinations mandatory for their employees.
In a survey of 750 business leaderes across Ireland and the UK, carried out by HRLocker, 23% advocated for mandating vaccination, with 40% prepared to dismiss an employee who refused to get one without a reasonable excuse.
However more than half said they would encourage thier staff to get the jab, but wouldn’t deem it mandatory, while 12% were undecided.
