One of Clare’s best-loved musical acts will be honoured tonight, in what is sure to be ‘A Beautiful Affair.’
Clare County Council has bestowed its highest honour, a civic reception, on Stocktons Wing to mark 40 years of their contribution to Irish and folk music in Ireland and abroad.
The event at Áras Chontae an Chláir will be attended by past and present members of the group as well as special guests from the world of music and entertainment.
