The High Court yesterday rejected an attempted by the children of Brian and Mary Patricia O'Donnell to stop Bank of Ireland and the receivers taking possession of the house.

Members of the New Land League are also at the property.

The case is due to return to court tomorrow, if the family hasn't left the house.
