The Court of Appeal has told solicitor Brian O’Donnell that he and his wife must vacate the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin.

Representatives for the Bank of Ireland – which is owed 70 million euro by the O’Donnells – had argued that he shouldn’t be allowed to stay any longer at the Killiney home.
However, the Court has granted a two week stay. Brian O’Donnell says he intends on taking another appeal to the Supreme Court.
