A renowned Ennis artist remains in hospital after he was injured in a road accident in Dublin on Friday night.

Mick O’Dea was taken to the Mater Hospital following the incident which occurred on the busy O’Connell Street.
He underwent surgery over the weekend, and is continuing his recovery, while a spokesman for the O’Dea family has told Clare FM that his condition is improving.
