INMO members are planning a series of rolling strikes on December 15th, but this won't include the MidWest even though the region's main hospital even though it is one of the busiest in the country.

There is only one Emergency Department in the UL Hospitals group, at Dooradoyle, and as a result the INMO says no strike will take there.

92 per cent of Emergency Department nurses voted in favour of the walk out, but the INMO says it's open to discussing solutions to problems with overcrowding and working conditions.
