Number Of Unfinished Housing Developments In Clare Drops By 40% In Three Years

The number of unfinished housing developments in Clare has dropped by 40 percent in the past three years.

Figures from the Department of Local Government and Heritage show five developments were surveyed and deemed unfinished by surveyors in 2017.

This number reduced to three last year in this county, with only ten local authorities seeing lower percentage reductions than Clare.

Nationally, the number of unfinished housing developments has dropped by more than half since 2017, from 256 to 123.
