The Technological University of the Shannon this month conferred its largest ever number of PhD and research Master’s students.
TUS awarded 26 PhDs and 19 Master’s to the Class of 2023 across its campuses in Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, and Westmeath.
The number of masters students to graduate has more than doubled on last years figures while the number of PhD graduates had an almost 75% increase compared to 2022.
Dean of Graduate Studies Dr Lisa Moran says the new graduates will continue to make significant contributions to their respective fields.
