The number of patients waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick is more than double that of any other hospital in the country today.

The latest figures from the INMO show 55 people are awaiting admission at the Dooradoyle facility, 36 of those in the Emergency Department.
A further 19 are being accomodated in overflow areas of wards.
Galway University Hospital is the second busiest hospital in country, where 26 people are waiting on trolleys.
