The number of people being treated for Covid-19 at the region’s main hospital is continuing to rise.
The latest figures from the HSE show there were 69 patients with the virus at University Hospital Limerick this morning, up from 61 over the weekend.
The number receiving intensive care in the ICU or high dependency unit has risen by 1 for a second consecutive day to 8.
