Nominations are now being accepted for Clare’s Older Volunteer of The Year.
The award aims to recognise members of the older community who give their time to ensure vital community services and charities run smoothly.

It’s the 10th annual installment of the awards which recognise those aged over 55 and nominations can be submitted to Clare County Council up until May 2nd.
Age Friendly Programme Manager Shanelle Waring says its a prestigious accolade.
