No Compensation for Family of Quin Man Killed in Plane Crash

The family of a Quin man who lost his life when his plane crashed in a remote African Jungle has lost a bid for compensation. 

30 year old James Cassley died in the incident in 2010 along with 10 other people.

His family had launched a claim for compensatiion against his employers  London based GMP Securities Europe and the company responsible for chartering the flight Sundance Resources Ltd.

However the London High Court of Justice has ruled neither companies were at fault.
