A short film has been released online as part of efforts to target dog fouling in the county.

Clare County Council has teamed up with the creators of internet animation series Sminky Shorts to launch a new environmental initiative aimed at changing dog owner behaviour on dog litter.
The 80 second animated short is funded under the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government’s Anti Litter Awareness Grant Scheme.
