A direct route from Shannon to the “Pearl of the Atlantic” will be in place next summer.
Shannon Airport has confirmed that a twice-weekly Ryanair service to Madeira in Portugal will commence on March 30th of 2025 and will run until October 22nd.

The service will operate every Wednesday and Sunday, with seats now available to be booked on the Ryanair website.
Head of Aviation Development at Shannon Airport, Declan Power, says the addition of the route is “exciting news for our passengers and a further boost to connectivity within the region”.
