Shannon has received a major boost with the announcement of two new services, including new direct flights to Toronto in Canada.
Air Canada will operate the new service four days a week from June to October next year, while, Ryanair is to add a twice weekly service to Barcelona Reus from March until the end of October.

Today’s announcement of new flights to Toronto has been welcomed by Tourism Ireland, who believe it will lead to a significant boost for both leisure and business tourism from Canada to Shannon.
Canadian Ambassador to Ireland Kevin Vickers believes the flight will help strengthen the bond between both countries.
