A new runway is being built at Dublin Airport.

It's expected to open by 2020.
The new development will cost 320 million euro to deliver and 1200 people will be employed during the construction phase.
When its complete a further 7000 people will be employed at the massively expanded Dublin Airport.
The runway had previously been granted planning permission – but plans were shelved in 2007 because of the downturn in the economy.
