New Report Suggests Clare Property Prices Rose By 10% In Last Year

A new report suggests property prices in Clare have risen by 10 percent in the past 12 months and are expected to go up by a further 6 percent in 2022.

The Irish Independent has published its property price survey today, with three bed semi detached houses in Ennis now costing €220,000.

These are expected to go up to €240,000 in the next year, while the Lahinch area saw the highest percentage increases in the county in 2021.
