Property prices in Clare saw a marginal decline in the last three months.
The latest report from MyHome.ie shows the median asking price for a house in this county remains unchanged.
The asking price of a home in between the least and most expensive properties on the market in Clare between April and June was €295,000, representing no change from the figure recorded at the end of March.
