House prices in Clare have fallen by over €5,000 in the last year.
A new analysis of this county’s housing activity also shows there’s been a marked increase in properties going to market.

According to MyHome.ie’s report for the second quarter of the year , the average price of a home in Clare is now €290,000.
It marks a marginal drop on the figure of €295,000 recorded during the April to June period of 2025.
Additionally, there were 297 properties for sale in Clare at the end of June, which is up 21% since the beginning of the year.
The average time for a property to go sale agreed in the county after being placed up for sale now stands at just over two months.
