New Process For Passport Applications

You’ll need to have a public services card to apply for a passport in Ireland from this autumn.

According to the Irish Times, the Minister for Public Expenditure has confirmed the requirement, which will also apply to driving licence applications from next year.

However Minister Paschal Donohoe’s also insisting it ‘is not and will not be’ compulsory to have a PSC.
