The applicant is seeking to carry out minor external alterations such as the inclusion of an automatic sliding entrance door, new glazed shopfronts, a vinyl window covering, a screened plant area and shopfront signage.

This would include a free-standing sign at the entrance to the car park.

Additionally, the plans provide for a replacement shutter and entrance door to the loading area.
