West Clare’s largest town could be in line to receive a welcome housing boost.
The developer, Ross English has lodged a planning application for four new terraced homes on Vandeleur Street, Kilrush.

The properties will not be used for social or affordable housing as a Part V planning exemption has been granted.
A decision is due from Clare County Council on February 12th next year.
