Minister for Health Leo Varadkar has announced a private health insurance package, aimed at addressing rising premiums.

Almost 300,000 less people have health insurance now than in 2008, with some plans going up by as much as 41 per cent this year.
Today the Minister announced new incentives, including discounts for those aged between 18 and 25.
