A North Clare GP believes a new Chronic Disease Management Hub will lead to better health outcomes for people managing conditions here.
The facility, which will be based on the Station Road in Ennis, will deliver services to patients with cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease and Type II Diabetes.

While, 20 full-time specialist roles are to be assigned to the Chronic Disease Team.
Lahinch GP Dr Michael Kelleher says in time the hub will have an impact, but he believes it will take time.
