Canon Michael McLoughlin has been appinted as the new Diocesan Administrator of the Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora Diocese.

Formerly the Parish Priest of Moycullen, Canon McLoughlin takes up his new responsibility immediately.
He's expressed his gratitude to Martin Drennan who retired as bishop of the diocese last Friday and has acknowledged Bishop Drennan’s dedicated ministry to the diocese over the past eleven years
Canon McLoughlin's appointment was made at a meeting of the Diocesan College of Consulters last evening.
