NBI Expects Work To Deliver Broadband In Clare To Reach Halfway Point Next Year

National Broadband Ireland expects works to deliver high-speed broadband to properties in Clare will have reached the halfway mark in the second half of next year.

The company which is rolling out the network under the National Broadband Plan says work is underway to deliver high-speed fibre broadband to almost 2,800 premises in the Corofin deployment area.

Surveying work has also been completed for close to 2,000 premises in the Tiernaclane deployment area.

This means 22% of the work has been completed here, which is above the national average.
