A national conference is taking place in Ennis today, where people with disabilities are raising issues of concern.
Clare Leader Forum is hosting the event at the Temple Gate Hotel, entitled ‘Personal Assistance Services: A Right Not A Privilege’.

It’s being presented in partnerships with the Clare Citizen’s Information Centre, as well as the Centre for Independent Living.
Anne Marie Flanagan of the Clare Leader Forum says they’re just seeking equal rights.
