Nama is looking for judgement orders against Galway hotelier and developer Michael Finn and his wife Claire.

The National Asset Management Agency is pursuing the couple for 108 million euro.
Nama alleges the couple have invested over half a million euro in a car business and that they have transferred shares in their family home to their children – and are not using the funds available to them to reduce their liabilities.
It’s appointed receivers to various companies controlled by Michael Finn who has connections to developments including the House Hotel and Spanish Arch Hotel in Galway.
